What does an NDIS Plan Manager do?
As Plan Managers, we help relieve the stress and burden of the NDIS administration side of life, we make sure the budget of our clients is being spent efficiently and invoices for the NDIS services you receive are being paid on time. We also send Budget Reports to inform and keep everyone updated on how the funding is progressing. At Ideal Care Services, our Plan Managers cannot organize services like a NDIS Support Coordinator, however they would be more than happy to help as best they can without overstepping their role. The NDIS can be very confusing for everyone, but our team of Plan Managers will help you find the answer you need.
Ideal Care Services Plan Managers also can help communicate with Providers and Support Coordinators, we can help generate budge calculations to ensure that all services/supports can be used and not exhaust the funding in the NDIS Plan. We can also send Invoice reports to show all invoices we have received and sent to you.
How much does NDIS Plan Management cost?
NDIS Plan Management is not an out-of-pocket expense and is funded through your NDIS Plan. There is a separate category for an NDIS Plan Manager in the NDIS Plan, it falls under CB Choice and Control, and the pricing of our Plan Management service reflects the NDIS Price Guide.

What is a LAC?
An LAC (Local Area Coordinator) help with people on the NDIS to start their NDIS journey and are the primary contact for them when it comes to the planning process and implementing your supports. LAC’s help clarify NDIS guidelines and have knowledge about local services in your area. LAC’s are different to Plan Managers & Support Coordinators as they are heavily involved in the Plan Review and implementing new changes to your goals and funded supports.

What is an NDIS Planner?
An NDIS Planner works with people on the NDIS to help create their NDIS Plans and assess their personal needs, goals to achieve, and supports that are necessary. Once a Planner has gone through the process of assessing the participant’s needs and requirements, they will start the creation of the plan including all the supports/services funded through their plan. Another role of a planner do I conducting NDIS Plan Reviews to overview the plan duration goals met and supports used. An NDIS Planner has a lot of experience with the NDIS and helps all families and participants to understand the NDIS system.
