Level 3 Support Coordination is funded under the NDIS for participants who face significant barriers in implementing their NDIS plan due to: Complex disability needs, High behavioural support needs, Psychosocial disability, Medical complexity, Housing instability, Crisis situations, Involvement with multiple government systems.

Unlike Level 2 Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination focuses on reducing risks, preventing crisis, building stability, and coordinating multiple services and agencies.

Our goal is to ensure participants can safely and effectively implement their NDIS plan while building long-term independence and sustainable supports.
